Can I switch from controlling the Go portable table lamp via my Hue Bridge to controlling it via Bluetooth if I take it outside of my home?
Yes. If your Hue Bridge is too far away from where you want to use the Go portable table lamp outdoors, you can control it with Bluetooth in the Hue app.
Can I take the silicone grip off of the Go portable table lamp?
Yes. You can remove the silicone grip from the Go portable table lamp by gently bending open the silicone and removing it from the lamp.
What colours and scenes can I set with the button on the Go portable table lamp?
The button on the Go portable table lamp lets you cycle between nine scenes. The first four scenes are static and feature different shades and brightness of white light: Energise, Concentrate, Read and Relax. The last five are dynamic scenes: Cosy candle, Sunday coffee, Meditation, Enchanted forest and Night adventure.
To select a colour, press the button twice and hold, releasing when you want to stop and set the lamp to that colour.
What is the transparent edge of the Go portable table lamp for?
The transparent edge helps transmit light, providing an ambient light effect that complements the rest of the lamp.
How large of an area can the Go portable table lamp illuminate?
The Go portable table lamp shines light downwards, illuminating the surface below the lamp. The lamp will also light up the environment, but it's not the main purpose of the lamp.
What is the difference between standby and sleep mode?
The Go portable table lamp features a smart battery management system, which helps protect the battery.
Standby mode: Press and hold for 2 seconds. You will still be able to control the lamp with the app or Bluetooth. The lamp will respond in any automations it is part of.
Battery save mode: The lamp will automatically enter sleep mode if it has been off its charging base for longer than 12 hours. In this mode, the lamp becomes unreachable in the app. The lamp will not respond in any automations.
