The Gentle Sleep and Wake Up feature is inspired by the effects of light on your sleep cycle. You can set your personal sunrise or sunset by simply asking Google. Gentle Wake Up with alarm sync is not supported on mobile devices for the moment.
Using Google Assistant with Philips Hue allows you to set light recipes, which have been created based on scientific insights into the best lighting for activities, as well as preset and custom light scenes.
