    Dear Philips Hue Customer,

    The required update to your Philips Hue bridge can unfortunately not be completed through a remote firmware update. On this site, you can register your bridge and you will receive the confirmation of the shipping of a new, updated version, free of cost.
    Please enter your details, and the MAC address of your bridge in the form below. The 6 digit/letter MAC address can be found with the barcode on the sticker on the back of your bridge, and is the number that starts with 2E

    You will receive a confirmation email with further details of your exchange. When your shipment has been prepared, you will receive a mail from DHL with the delivery details. In case you would need to change the indicated delivery/swap date, please do so via the hyperlinks provided in the DHL mail, or by contacting our customer care center.

    NOTE: as this is a product swap where you only need to have one DHL visit, please make sure you have your old bridge ready and at hand for the DHL driver to allow for a smooth and one-stop exchange. The new DHL package will contain the required label for your return shipment.
