Google commands for Gentle Sleep and Wake Up

  1. “Turn on gentle wake up” to sync your Hue lights to your future morning alarms
  2. “Wake me up at 7am” to set a morning alarm and your Hue lights will gradually start to brighten 30 minutes before
  3. “Wake me up on weekdays at 7am” to set a recurring alarm with your Hue lights to wake you up gently
  4. “Turn off gentle wake up” to disconnect your lights from your alarms
  5. “Sleep my lights”

The Gentle Sleep and Wake Up feature is inspired by the effects of light on your sleep cycle. You can set your personal sunrise or sunset by simply asking Google. Gentle Wake Up with alarm sync is not supported on mobile devices for the moment.
