Want to find out the status of your order or return something you bought in the Philips Hue shop? No problem! You can return your purchase within 30 days of purchase — free of charge. Please expect some delay in processing your remorse return due to the holiday season period.

Send back your product
Place the product in a box, attach the label to the outside, and drop it off at one of the courier’s locations.
