Philips Hue service status

All Philips Hue services are up and running

The Philips Hue team are aware of reports of lights spontaneous turning to full brightness which are effecting a small percentage of our users in the field. We have identified the root cause of the problem and the Philips Hue team is working hard to roll out a fix for this issue in the course of this week, as a temporary measure the issue can be resolved by disconnecting the Philips Hue bridge from Matter (note you may need to do this in your phone settings as well as the matter controller app you are using).
