Amazing lights but 2 new lamps have defects

I’ve had these lamps previously and I bought 2 more because they are amazing! The reason for my low rating has to do with quality, both lights we received are flawed and I meant to reach out once we received them but moving across the country, reporting the issue got lost in the shuffle. 1 lamp has a dent in the base. The other lamp’s base isn’t completely flush. Sharing photos for vis.

The design is elegant and the dim is precise. The light itself while not very bright does have a nice diffused look. However, there’s a cheaper product that’s similar with a remote control. That’s why I returned this.

Love these lamps! Waited a long time for them to come back in stock and they were 100% worth it. Beautiful sleek design, easy set up. Really makes my bedroom that much cooler!

I saw the price and to be honest was a little steered away, but these lights are phenomenal. Two on both sides of my night stands are more than enough.

I bought these a few weeks ago… and they’ve brought so much light to my condo. I paired them with the Hue Sync. Definitely worth the hefty price!

I already have 3 of the older model and love them for accent lighting. These new ones are perfect to add to my TV setup controlled with the Hue Sync box. I just wish they were packed better, they were falling out of the box when Fedex delivered them!! Luckily there was no scratches and seemed to work ok, but for such a high price they should be packaged better for shipping!

Very easy to set up and operate. The color gradation is outstanding. The color quality is vibrant. Not all scenes maximize its capabilities (2-3 simultaneous colors) but when you come across one that does, it’s like “wow!”

Each lamp has its own dedicated power supply, there is no option to have multiple lamps plugged into one adapter. Makes it a little harder to place. Colors look great and the lamp it’s self is very sleek.

I received a defective lamp. being told I can send it back for a refund only. I want the Lamp Was promised 20% off want to be sure that happens
