I bought them a year ago and they wouldn't connect—neither via the serial number nor through searching, and they don't even have a QR code. I tried contacting support, but the issue was never resolved. I spent over $200 on 4 lights and couldn't use them at all
so many variations of colors

We love them; set an automation and forget it. We change colors depending on the season or holiday. Not that easy to install. Our front porch had the recessed lights so we thought it would just be a swap but we ended hiring a electrician to do it.
Excellent purchase.

Excellent lights for front entry way. I love being able to use colors for holidays and special events. I like being able to select the brightness for certain times of year. Excellent quality and options.

This bulb is very easy to install and set up. We are using it on our outdoor patio ceiling. It provides great color and fun scenes to change things up.
