This lamp broke within a day of use. A one foot fall off a bookshelf and onto a carpet was enough to break the front plate. Poor quality and a waste of money.

My product was delivered with an open and damaged box, no instructions, and torn packaging. I purchase it as a gift as I am a big fan of Hue products. Until now I have tried to call you and I have sold out Internet forms and zero response.

It works well, very much like the Hue Go lights I own. However, it doesn't look quite as elegant as I had hoped. It looks more like something you'd see used in a department store window display. Also, the clear base shows dust easily and requires wiping down every day.

TheHue Iris light is not only beautiful but completely functional as well. It’s much brighter than the original design and on the topic of design this new design is amazing! The changes that were made to this new Iris were perfect and I highly recommend this light.

I’m having trouble using this light with HomeKit. There is another hue bulb in the same room with the iris and I have them paired in the same room. Anytime a scene is activated only the hue bulb will turn on/off but not the iris.

Easy to use with the mobile app. It is as easy as plugging in the lamp, downloading the app, pairing the lamp to your phone, and start exploring the colors. I like the candle and fireplace settings as well as the pre-set scenes.

Very cool looking light. Only downsides are the price and the fact that once the built in bulb goes out, the entire lamp becomes useless. Adding to landfills is not the best way to market a product today, in my humble opinion.

The light works as advertised, however it appears much cheaper looking in person so it doesn’t fit in where I planned to use it. Another improvement would be for a couple more flat spots to aim the light at different angles.
