Want to find out the status of your order, cancel it, or return something you bought in the Philips Hue shop? No problem! You can cancel or return your purchase within 30 days of delivery by returning all your items or a selected item.

*Cancellation means exercising your statutory right to withdraw from the purchase. You can do this within 30 days after delivery.
