I already had some of these for my front yard and thought they’d work for a new pergola going in my backyard. I’m extremely happy with the results. I have 5 of these for this project as the area was large (the pergola is 16’x16’); 4 lights were set about 3-4 feet in in both directions and the 5th was placed above the grill. They light the area perfectly. I would highly recommend for this type of project.
Exactly what I hoped it would be

I put this above my porch shining to hit a peak that didn’t get any light. It is doing a great job lighting the area brightly. I think this is great for hitting large areas

Brand new out of box and faded. The base by power cord is faded whiter compare to rest of housing. Never had any hue lights come like this new out of box.
Great product that made a huge difference!

Great upgrade from the original flood lights. Impressive brightness and coverage! Anyone talking about power supply, you just need to do a little research. No, this does not come with a power supply. Yes, you must also have an existing power supply. These flood lights use 15 watts. Most of their older power supplies can only hold 40 watts ( they are making a 100 watt supply) you must not hook up too many lights that exceed your power supply capacity.

I have purchased 12 of these lights added to a larger bridge controlled system. They are well made, easy to set up, and work great with the app. Could not be happier with the system. The cabling is solid and water tight. If you are using buried conduit for pulling cable runs, 3/4" PVC will work but only with straight runs. If you need to use any bend fittings, use 1" conduit and bends no bigger than 45º.
Phenomenal outdoor lighting product from Hue.

Quick and painless installation. Very high-quality cables between lights. Easy setup and activation with existing Hue hub. I've been considering these for a long time to add a little character to the house lighting. They are not cheap, but you get what you pay for applies here. I recommend these to anyone with a decent budget. I installed the maximum 5 on one power supply.
Perfect upgrade

I replaced my old landscaping lights with Lily. These lights are much brighter (when at max) and they cover more area than my old lights covered. I cannot wait until a holiday so I can make every light a different color and create a theme. The lights were very simple to install (bury the thick wires) and connect to my existing hue system. Your home deserves a nice upgrade!
Very nice.. Very expensive

I've been redoing the backyard landscape lights progressively add Lilly's one at a time. The first thing I did was to buy a more powerful transformer so I could string more than 5 at a time... Once I figured that out I started adding lights one at a time. For the most part the Lilly's are fine but in one spot I have a really big flowering bush.. So I needed something stronger /brighter... The xl is exactly that... Just a Lilly but brighter... Now the price is insane and you should wait to get them refurbished or on sale... I can't justify the cost.. But they are nice
